Whether it’s complex flows or custom integrations via Zapier and Pabbly Connect, DoubleTick doesn't offer the same level of granular control or options as some alternatives. For instance, the native Shopify integration is rather basic and doesn’t support advanced flows like product-specific abandoned cart or product browsing abandonment flows.
