Post-visit follow-up & feedback collection for real estate

This module captures buyer sentiment after a site visit and moves them into targeted follow-up sequences. It helps agents identify hot prospects early and prevents leads from slipping away after property tours.

Steps to set up

1. In the Gallabox dashboard, select Bots.

2. You can either create a bot from scratch or choose one from the existing templates. 

3. Select the “Site visit feedback” bot and deploy it.

4. Since this is a template, the bot flow is already defined. But you can customise it by adding new components, connecting it to your apps, etc.

5. Publish it to make it ready for use.
