We are beyond stoked to announce that we have raised USD 1.2M in our seed round of funding to help businesses grow their revenue using Conversational Commerce.
It has been a fantastic journey for all of us at Gallabox and we'd like to use this opportunity to thank our lead investor Prime Venture Partners and secondary investor Neon Fund for their support and trust in our vision.
Our seed round also saw participation from several industry veterans including Pallav Nadhani (ex-CEO, FusionCharts), Abhishek Rungta (Indus Net Technologies), SV Swaroop Reddy (ex-SPI Cinemas), and Siva Rajamani (co-Founder & CEO, Everstage).
Since our inception in 2021, we have grown into a team of 28 serving over 500 paying customers across D2C, Education, Health & Wellness, Financial and Travel services in India and across 20 other countries. Some of them include PVR, ShipRocket, Pick Your Trail, CreditMantri, GoIreland etc.,

Happenings, milestones and data points from the past year:
1. We hit the first milestone in our journey by enabling 10 Million messages for our customers in under 8 months of launching our product.
2. We inaugurated our first office space in Chennai in November 2021 and it’s been a lively and cheerful experience of learning from each other ever since.
3. We onboarded 500 paying customers in the first 300 days of our product launch. Thanks to each and every one of them for their unbelievable trust in us.
4. At Gallabox, everyday is a learning experience for us. Throughout our journey, we have constantly improved and evolved as a product. Starting with a shared team inbox, we gradually introduced various features backed by insights from our customers, and here we are, as an all-in-one WhatsApp business tool.
